Any Delusions of Grandeur junkie will bitch slap me for leaving this one so late. I haven't been trawling for records lately in hope of saving some money for Christmas, and somehow I still haven't saved anything.

Danilo Plessow, aka Motor City Drum Ensemble, teams up with We Play House regulars FCL (Red D & San Soda) to deliver the twenty second installment of DoG. MCDE is nowhere to be found on this record however, due to his new alias VFB. (Still yet to discover what it stands for)

He delivers a cracking cut of house with a slightly more polished feel to his usual outings, I'm not sure where the collaboration comes into play on this record as the tracks are clearly labelled as VFB and FCL originals. I'm sure the origins of the idea will surface sooner rather than later. My choice is the Dirty Dub of Love Prescription, a powerful analog tune (as expected) with delicious vocal cuts. The acapella tool on the B Side is fantastic and I'm sure it will deliver some incredible unofficial bootlegs/remixes.
