Serge – House Mix From ’93 On Cassette

The title of this really says it all, a scorching hot mix from Mr Clone himself, Serge. Back in '93 when it was all just beginning for the man who has grown to become, one of the single most reputable DJ's, Record Distributors/Sellers and producer. This is a mix from a true legend.

"Lo-Fi cassette recording from probably late 1993 or 1994 with some uptempo house tunes. Mix was broadcasted by the VPRO radio (Edwin Brienen's late night show). Recorded in one take on a simple Realistic mixer with no eq's. Break in the middle is from flipping the 60 minute cassette :-) "

Nice tip. Talking of mixes and history if you get chance I’d recommend you checkout this mix from Tom Wainright from the Hacienda in 1991 (when I was 21) http://selectdj.com/oldskool-mixes/Hacienda-Old-Skool-mixes-free-download.html scroll down, it’s wrongly title 1990. That club with Tom and Graeme Park has influenced my musical horizon ever since. I think you might dig it.
