SBTRKT – Hold On 12″ Release & Ride To Freedom

News just in from Young Turks, SBTRKT will be releasing one of my favourite cuts from the album as a 12" early in 2012.

Hold On, featuring the vocal talents of youngster Sampha, was no doubt a stand out emotive piece of music from the self titled debut of Aaron Jeromes, SBTRKT moniker.

The twelve inch release will also feature a brand new track Ride To Freedom on the flip, a short and exciting track not dissimilar to the album track, Sanctuary. It seems as though Jerome has taken a slightly more upfront approach for recent tracks. To perhaps showcase his skill as a dance music producer, as well as excellent song writer/pop musician. The vocals of Sampha would have been a welcome addition for this track.

The twelve inch will also feature a "very special remix" that is yet unannounced. Let the speculation begin.
