For me, Oranges was no doubt a standout from the debut Mark E record, Stonebreaker. However like a lot of the album, I found I appreciated the music more as a listener than a selector and haven't played a single tune from the album in a club scene. Enter NYC party legend Jacques Renault and you've got yourself a winner on both fronts.

Now I must admit, Jacques has done an incredible job balancing credibility and popularity through his music, and I was a little skeptical to hear his approach for a Mark E tune. But the guy has killed it. Keeping enough of the original and adding just enough flair to get the dancefloor burning hot.
